For Agents

We carry a $1,000,000 E&O/GL policy with a referral rider, so you are protected up to the full amount. The office is available 7 days a week so last-minute inspections are not an issue. We can offer pre-drywall and new construction inspections for all the home builders in CO as we meet all of their prerequisites such as certification, commercial auto insurance, liability and E&O coverage, etc. From Well water testing to Methamphetamine screening, we have you and your clients covered.

For Clients

We provide the best in residential, commercial, and environmental inspections from Castle Rock to Loveland and beyond. We are thorough but explain things in a non-alarming way and offer very flexible schedules with appointments available 7 days a week. Our goal is to educate every homeowner by giving detailed information in a clear and understandable way.
