For Agents

We carry a $1,000,000 E&O/GL policy with a referral rider, so you are protected up to the full amount. The office is available 7 days a week so last-minute inspections are not an issue. We can offer pre-drywall and new construction inspections for all the home builders in CO as we meet all of their prerequisites such as certification, commercial auto insurance, liability and E&O coverage, etc. From Well water testing to Methamphetamine screening, we have you and your clients covered.
