The team was incredibly thorough and I appreciated their knowledge and expertise when completing the pre-close inspection. I feel confident that my home’s a solid build after the guys checked everything.

As a bonus, the 360 view of every room, sewer scope video, and IR images were super cool to see. The images included in the report itself were also very clear and the content was comprehensive.

Lastly, I loved that Maverick and Glenn were able to work directly with my builder for scheduling, especially since we’re due to close in under a week.
